The College of Acupuncture of Prince Edward Island (CAPEI) is the official regulatory authority responsible for governing the profession of acupuncture within the province. Established under the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA), the College serves and protects the public by ensuring that all licensed acupuncturists in Prince Edward Island deliver safe, ethical, and competent care.

Our approach recognizes the importance of traditional healing wisdom, two millenia of accumulated clinical experience and the modern evidence base.  We support professionals in integrating these three pillars into their work.
